Quantity Surveying 2

In this course, students further build their knowledge gained in Quantity Surveying 1 ARCH 1001 with material take off procedures for wood framed structures, thermal and moisture protection, roofing materials, interior wall boards and finishes, flooring, and general mechanical and electrical quantities. Material take off procedures are demonstrated and applied following the fundamentals of quantity surveying employing the methodology from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, (CIQS).

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
