Service and Info

In this course, students gain an overview of customer service and small business operations in their related industry. Students develop an understanding of the parts and service department operation, parts catalogs, work order writing, manufacture service information, entrepreneurial opportunities and effective communication techniques.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
