Workshop Procedures

In this course, students are provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform essential mechanical workshop duties. Function and safe use of hand and select power tools, measurement devices, and related equipment for the technical trades are emphasized.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
